Assembly Resolution A38-9: Halon replacement, adopted by the 38th Session of the ICAO Assembly (Montréal, 2013), urges States to determine and monitor their halon reserves and quality of the halon. It also urges that States inform ICAO regularly of their halon reserves and for this information to be reported to the Council. Consequently, a State questionnaire on the status of halon reserves can be found below.
