ICAO vacancies are open to both female and male candidates. In order to increase the number of women at all levels, women are particularly invited to apply for vacant posts, as well as for roster evaluation for future vacancies. Applicants may wish to view the Statement on Gender Equality:

Please note that most ICAO vacancies are now open for receipt of applications for one month. Applications received after the closing date will not be considered.
Interested candidates should download and complete the ICAO Application-for-Employment Form and submit it to the Human Resources Branch prior to the closing date. For instructions on how to apply, please refer to the Application Forms link.
Applications may be submitted as attachments to e-mail message sent to recruitment@icao.int (preferred option), or sent as a hard copy via the post. Candidates are particularly reminded to attach a recent photograph.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND your application via multiple routes. It is not necessary at this stage to send copies of qualifications, previous employment contracts, entire publications, etc..
Only applicants who are under serious consideration will be contacted and interviewed. ICAO is not in a position to respond to queries regarding information on the status of the vacancies.
