Delivery: It should be noted that all local delivery and customs clearing charges if
any, shall be borne by the purchaser. Effective 1 January 2005, the standard mode of delivery for customer orders is "via courier" which provides for prompt and direct delivery service as well as shipment tracking.
Regular Courier: ICAO will add a surcharge of 10% of the total gross cost of each order (minimum courier charge is US $25.00 per order).
Express Courier: Customers may request shipment by express courier, where that service is available. ICAO will add a surcharge of 15% of the total gross cost of each order (minimum courier charge is US $35.00 per order) for this service.
Special Conditions:
- The minimum courier charge, US $25.00 for regular courier and US $35.00 for express courier applies to each CD-ROM order and to each order for printed publications and audio-visual training aids where the total order value is less than US $250.00.
- If an order consists of documents and CD-ROMs, shipping and handling charges will be applied to the total cost of the documents only.
