Copies of the Air Transport Reporting (ATR) Forms, with their corresponding reporting instructions incorporating the changes recommended by the Ninth Session of the Statistics Division (1997), are shown below.
ICAO encourages States and other reporting entities to submit their data electronically. ATR Forms in Excel for electronic data submission can be downloaded here.
The completed forms are to be sent to ICAO by e-mail (sta@icao.int), or by diskette to the:
