ICAO has received a copy of the following letter
from the Civil Aviation Administration of the Republic of Moldova directed
to the National Civil Aviation Administration of the Democratic Republic of Congo
subject: Aircraft An-28, reg. number ER-AJI, located in Kinshasa's airport, DRC.
Dear Sirs,
From statement of air company "Tepavia-Trans" Ltd we have information that
unknown air operator is being prepared for operation aircraft An-28, ER-AJI. This aircraft is in
registration of Republic of Moldova and has not airworthiness, maintenance resources in
present time. This aircraft cannot be used for operation of flights.
Please take all necessary measures for termination execution technical works and further
exploitation of this aircraft.
