Guided Group Tours
Guided group tours of ICAO’s diplomatic chambers, gifted artwork, and model aircraft collection are available in English and French by advance reservation, on a first-come, first-served basis. Group tours must include at least 5 persons over the age of 16 and may not exceed 25 participants. Individuals are not permitted to join
previously scheduled tours.
Group tours are generally scheduled on but not restricted to Thursdays at 12:30pm pending availability. Each tour typically encompasses the ICAO Assembly Hall, Council Chamber, and Air Navigation Chamber, before concluding at 2 pm.
ICAO will consider exceptional requests for tours outside these hours. Tours may be cancelled or amended at any time in light of diplomatic requirements.
All participants must undergo security screening (metal detection and X-ray) and present identification issued by an ICAO member State. Participants must remain with the tour group at all times during the visit.
