How to Register your Training Center in the ICAO Aviation Training Directory
  Registration Form:
  • To subscribe for the first time, go to the tab, "New Registration" and download the ATD Agreement form
  • To renew your subscription, go to the tab, "Renew Registration" and download the ATD Renewal Agreement form.
  • Complete and sign the agreement form, and send an email with the attached form to
Review process:
  • Application forms will be reviewed by ICAO to determine if the all requirements are met.
Payment and Confirmation:
  • If approved, a copy of the invoice in PDF format will be sent by email and a hard copy invoice will be sent by mail.
  • Payment will be due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice by email and can be made by bank transfer, cheque or credit card. 
   How to Manage Your Listing:
  • ICAO will email the training center with instructions on how to obtain a user name and password.
  • This will give you access to your training center, where you may update your profile, contact details, course description, and upload your corporate logo.
