Listing Your Institution in the Directory
Only institutions that offer training courses that are:

suitable and available for international students |
may be listed in the Aviation Training Directory of ICAO. Please note that training courses offered by consultants/individuals are presently not included in the directory. For the time being, there are no fees applied for being included in the directory. Inclusion of institutions in the directory is at the discretion of ICAO. You may verify here whether your institution has already been included in the database.
Due to the database technology currently in use, the Organization is able to publish the information on training courses only in the English, French and Spanish languages. However, institutions may indicate the availability of other languages of instruction in their entry.
To list your institution in the directory, submit a request by fax or mail on official letterhead indicating your:

preferred language for correspondence with ICAO concerning the directory (English, French or Spanish) |
Attach any materials (e.g. flier, brochure, report) which support the information cited above. Evidence of accreditation by a recognized authority shall be provided for institutions that provide distance learning courses only.
Once your request has been approved, ICAO will then e-mail your institution a password to enter the information via the Internet directly into the database.
