ICAO Holds Annual High-level Talks with Canada, Québec and Montréal

MONTRÉAL, 17 March 2014 – Senior officials from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) met with Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister, John Baird, and other government officials from Canada, Québec and Montréal for annual high-level talks on 7 March.

 

ICAO Council President, Olumuyiwa Benard Aliu, and ICAO Secretary General, Raymond Benjamin, discussed  a range of issues with the representatives from the Federal, Provincial and Municipal governments relating to the diplomatic and logistical aspects of the UN aviation agency’s permanent Headquarters residency in Montréal.
