The letter “R” preceding an agenda item number on the schedule indicates approval of the report on that agenda item by the Executive Committee or Commissions.
The opening of the First Plenary Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 27 September 2016, at 1100 hours in the Assembly Hall and will be preceded by an informal meeting of Heads of Delegations of Member States, starting at 0945 hours.
The working hours of the Assembly will be from 0900 to 1200 hours and from 1400 to 1700 hours.
