ICAO kindly requests that the papers be submitted by States and international organizations electronically in Microsoft Word format using the template below to HLSC2015@icao.int as early as possible and preferably before the deadlines provided below to facilitate their timely publication and use by the Conference.
States and international organizations are invited to submit their working papers (papers calling for specific action) and information papers in more than one language, if feasible. All papers, including Secretariat papers, are limited to four pages of text including attachments.
The updated deadlines (EB 2014/79) for submission of working and information papers:
STATES
- Information papers will not be translated by ICAO
- 31 December 2014 - working papers submitted on or before this date will be translated by ICAO
- 1 to 26 January 2015 - working papers submitted between these dates will not be translated by ICAO
- 26 January 2015 - deadline for submission of working papers and information papers; no papers will be accepted after this date.
INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
- Working papers and information papers will not be translated by ICAO
- 26 January 2015 - deadline for submission of working papers and information papers; no papers will be accepted after this date.
Working papers will be prepared by the Secretariat for each agenda item and are expected to form a basis for discussions, conclusions and recommendations. These will be posted in all working languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish) when they become available.
In line with the policy of the Organization to reduce the volume of printed documentation, the primary means of distribution for documents will be through the ICAO website.
