Documentation
Documentation will be in English only; however, interpretation services will be available in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, and Spanish languages. This meeting will be conducted on a paper-free basis as much as possible and no documentation posted electronically prior to the meeting will be distributed in hard copy.
Documentation that your Government/Organization may wish to submit for discussion at the meeting should be forwarded electronically, in Microsoft Word format, to ICAO Headquarters, Montréal (icaohq [at] icao.int, with a copy to officeenv [at] icao.int (officeenv[at]icao[dot]int)) as soon as practicable and no later than 15 August 2016.
The submission should be brief, action oriented and primarily focus on compromise text for paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 of the draft Assembly Resolution text. It should also be limited to two pages of text, including any appendices, and in English only.
